Preparation And Filing Of A Federal Trademark Application

For a flat fee of £200 (plus filing fees) a licensed attorney will draft and file your federal trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office within two weeks of receipt of your payment and receipt of all documents necessary to prepare the application. We will provide you with updates during the application process and once registered will advise you on the proper use of your registered trademark. The fee includes routine consultations and correspondence with the Patent and Trademark Office and responding to non-substantive office actions.

If there is a complication with your application, a licensed attorney will address the complication at a reduced hourly rate and only after obtaining your prior approval. For certain oppositions or office actions, arrangements may be made with independent attorneys to assist in such matters. The £200 fee does not include the Patent and Trademark Office filing fee of $325 per International Class and does not include the filing of a Statement of Use in the case of intent-to-use applications.
