This service is available for both identical and similar marks on the CTM Trade Marks Register.
For a flat fee of £450.00 yearly, regular checks for identical and similar trademarks are performed at commencement of the service and quarterly updates are provided for the CTM. If you would like to enroll your mark in our watching program, please contact one of our attorneys.
